About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team at New Era Cleaning Solutions. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms and common areas
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Waste Management
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
    • Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly
  • Additional Tasks
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
      • Will train on the job
    • Work Environment
      • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required
    • Personal Qualities
      • Organized and able to work independently
      • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Language
      • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace
    • Work Hours
      • 30-40 hours per week
