About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team at DJ Trilliium Ltd. as a key contributor to our decorative finishing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes to create a seamless look.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Advise clients on colour choices and wall coverings.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages for safe access.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work with airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting.
  • Experience with drywall taping/patching, flame cleaning, and surface preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
