Product Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Project Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects across various sectors, including agricultural, industrial, and recreational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product development project lifecycle, from initial submission to production launch, ensuring adherence to our Product Development Process (PDP).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
