Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Résidences des Bâtisseurs - Place Belvédère. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residences, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Language:
  • French language required.
