About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at AB Complex Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Strong judgment and initiative to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse teams and populations.
