Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity, product quality, and overall efficiency of the assembly line.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety
    • Oversee the safety of operations, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Set up and maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail.
