We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Sadhra Roadlink Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high standards are met.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to perform their duties effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of the organization.
Personal SuitabilityWe are looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills, who is organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. This role is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week, and involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
