- Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands and ensure efficient sales operations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Perform same duties as sales workers supervised, staying up-to-date with sales trends and customer needs.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
