Job Summary

ZMK Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Instruct and train apprentices in construction techniques and safety procedures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and tools
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Worker with ZMK Construction, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work under pressure, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
