Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is based in a motel setting, where the Executive Housekeeper will manage daily operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and procure necessary equipment and supplies for housekeeping operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
