About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Kitchener. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work independently, out of the store, to diagnose and repair mobility equipment and devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mobility equipment and devices, including wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment.
  • Assess issues clients may be having with their devices and provide solutions.
  • Troubleshoot batteries and high-technology equipment.
  • Repair manual and power devices and equipment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and exposure to using diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and completing mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of mobility products and experience working with Navision or other ERP systems is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to client sites occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal background check and bondable.
