Job Title: Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood in Surrey, BC. As a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with pelvic floor disorders, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patients with pelvic floor disorders and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing manual therapy, exercise programs, and education to patients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervising physiotherapy students and delegating tasks to registered kinesiologists and physiotherapy assistants
  • Communicating with external stakeholders and client referral sources

Requirements:

  • Registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Training and certification in pelvic floor physiotherapy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
