Your Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally, whether they are visiting in person or contacting us via phone.
- Market and sell a broad selection of products through various channels including phone, fax, email, and in-store interactions. Emphasize our private labels and online sales platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, support promotional activities, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Confirm the precision of parts orders for customers and guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
- Reconcile transaction records and cash register at the conclusion of shifts.
- Utilize the store's point of sale system, internet resources, and printed catalogs to research parts and customer accounts, generate invoices, and monitor orders.
- Engage in store marketing initiatives, uphold visual merchandising standards, collaborate with team members to implement product displays, manage inventory, signage, and other strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize stock turnover.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales.
