About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our ASIC and IP sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the West region of North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell ASIC and IP engineering services to clients headquartered in the West region of North America.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hunting new accounts and scaling existing ones.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to client design centers and headquarters locations in the US.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in ASIC and IP sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of selling design services to high-tech companies.
  • Experience working with design service companies and offshore/CoE models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
