Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing personalized financial plans to achieve their business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial objectives.
  • Open and manage personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services, telephone banking, and online banking.
  • Prepare and review statements on delinquent accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, promoting the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
