About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests and make recommendations as needed
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner
  • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
Requirements
  • Client focus and excellent communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency
