Senior Marketing Execution Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Execution Analyst to join our team at Canadian Tire Services Limited/Canadian Tire Bank. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and delivering operational reporting to key stakeholders using data warehouse, building and delivering marketing campaigns using campaign software, and supporting manager with managing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain operational reporting to inform business decisions
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing systems and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Commerce
  • Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, SaS, SaS ID, and Linux
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and contributing to projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and make data-informed decisions
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
