About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at The Experts Barbers and Grooming Services for Men Ltd. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and Trim Hair: Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or preferences, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Shampoo and Style: Shampoo customers' hair and style it to their liking, using a variety of techniques and products.
  • Shave and Trim Beards: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection, using high-quality equipment and techniques.
  • Provide Additional Services: Offer additional hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, as well as scalp conditioning massages.
Work Environment

As a Barber at The Experts Barbers and Grooming Services for Men Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, surrounded by a team of experienced professionals. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Work Term and Language

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The primary language of work is English.
