We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Finance Director to lead our financial operations at AutoCanada Inc. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company's financial position.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong reputation for AutoCanada Inc.
- Lead the financing process for customers, including securing financing approvals, negotiating terms, and finalizing transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive finance management, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
