Position Overview

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree.
Work Environment: Various locations. Outside Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and related senior staff roles.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  • Represent the organization, or appoint representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official capacities.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions.
  • Oversee events management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and endorse overall human resources planning.
