Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Onboard Immigration Services. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to adults in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer personal care and assist with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support with exercise and physical activity, such as walking
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a non-smoking work environment. The successful candidate must be able to work at the physical location and must not have the option to work remotely.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
