Job Title: Cashier

Squirrely's Gas Bar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for operating the cash register, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
Work Environment:

Squirrely's Gas Bar is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Cashier, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
