Position Overview

MACK KIRK ROOFING & SHEET METAL LTD is seeking a dedicated Roofer Helper to support our construction projects. This role involves assisting in various tasks related to roofing and construction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist the medical examiner in charge.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Operate machines or equipment used in construction.
Experience Requirements
  • Area of Work Experience: Material handling.
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.
Physical Demands
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Physically demanding tasks.
  • Manual dexterity required.
  • Repetitive tasks involved.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
