About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardscape Team Member to join our team. As a Hardscape Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead/Foreman in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will be a key player in helping us live out our values every day.

Responsibilities
  • Install interlock, pavers, Armour Stone, retaining walls, staircases, flagstone, fences, and decks.
  • Perform landscape enhancement activities such as installation of patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
  • Assist with other hardscape-related duties such as installation and repair.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in hardscape installation is required.
  • Own reliable transportation to the shop.
  • Valid G license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Background check.
  • Able to work days, weekends, early morning, and early evening.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform all other physical requirements associated with this position.
Compensation

$23 - $26 an hour depending on experience.
