Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate projects and serve as the primary contact for client and municipal interactions, ensuring seamless communication.
2. Collaborate with the Civil Engineering Team to develop engineering designs and studies that align with project objectives.
3. Lead the design process, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
4. Prepare and review engineering design documents, including site plans and associated reports.
5. Manage the technical design phases, ensuring alignment among various engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
6. Identify resource requirements for technical support and contribute to resource planning.

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in land development design and municipal infrastructure.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office applications.
