We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Hillhouse Construction Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, structures, and other fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs for building projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and train other workers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Maintain and repair residential and commercial buildings, including wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
