Key Responsibilities: Engage in a comprehensive assessment of reporting requirements to grasp the functionality and design of existing operational reports. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to evaluate and outline strategies for transitioning operational reports to suitable CDT solution standard reporting features or utilizing Power BI tools (Desktop or Report Builder). Conduct design and development tasks to transition operational reports to Power BI, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and guidelines (including AODA, WCAG Level AA). Troubleshoot and implement corrective measures to address issues with migrated reports and dashboards identified during pre-release evaluations. Collaborate with project teams to produce essential documentation to facilitate migration efforts and knowledge transfer. Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Proven expertise in Power BI Desktop [Minimum years of experience] Solid understanding of SQL query languages (T-SQL, PL-SQL) [Minimum years of experience] Proficient in DAX programming [Minimum years of experience] Skills and Expertise: Experience in a business intelligence environment, developing and delivering analytical reports and dashboards.
