Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring high-quality products that meet our established standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Maintenance and Operation: Operate machinery and equipment to mix, bake, and decorate baked goods, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed to meet our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our production team to meet production deadlines and achieve our business goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
