About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Installer to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Senior Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC equipment, ensuring the safe operation of all new installations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing skills training and professional development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Valid certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
- Valid Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
- Valid ODP certificate.
- Valid Class G Driver's License.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
