Apiary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Apiary Supervisor to join our team at Armstrong Apiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our apiary, ensuring the health and productivity of our bee colonies, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the apiary, including bee colonies, equipment, and facilities.
- Supervise and train apiary staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in the apiary, implementing measures to prevent their spread.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to beekeeping and honey production.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of apiary operations with other aspects of the business.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in apiary management or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a 40-50 hour week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Language: English.
