Key Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Make personalized recommendations to meet clients' needs and exceed sales targets
- Foster a client-centric environment that prioritizes exceptional service
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail and watch experience preferred
- Strong team values and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organization and learning skills, with a proficient level of English
