At BOS Innovations, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our custom automation projects from start to finish. As the key player responsible for overseeing project execution, you'll ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet customer expectations.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, timely signoffs, and technical or commercial updates.
  3. Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate design reviews, site visits, and project meetings with internal teams and customers, managing every detail of the project process.
  4. Scope Management: Analyze project requests, identify out-of-scope work, and strategically work with the sales team to address customer needs and manage change requests.

About You

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication
  • Computer Expertise: Microsoft Office, Epicor, Microsoft Project, Review level knowledge of Solidworks and Draftsight
  • PMP Designation considered an asset
