Penske Sales and Operations Management Trainee

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, operations, and customer service. You will work closely with a high-energy team to build a solid foundation in sales and operations, and will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and balance fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and operational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- Results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills
- A valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles
