About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytical Scientist to join our team at AtomVie Global Radiopharma Inc. As an expert in radiopharmaceuticals, you will play a critical role in the development and validation of analytical test methods, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of analytical test methods, including method transfer and validation.
  • Provide technical leadership and project management support to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful completion of tasks and consistent high quality.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and TLC, and apply this knowledge to support process development and quality control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot equipment systems and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct quality control testing of incoming materials, drug substances, and finished drug products, and perform peer review of QC data.
  • Write and revise technical documents, including test reports, data summaries, and statistical evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP and GDP regulations, and maintain documentation to fulfill applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years' hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, specifically in laboratory sample preparation techniques, operation of HPLC, GC, and TLC, and method transfer, development, and validation.
  • Knowledge and experience in UV, IR, mass spectrometry, and NMR, microbiological release testing of pharmaceuticals, and testing of biologicals are assets.
