About the Role:

Skyworks is a leading innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, powering the wireless networking revolution. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and leading company resources to execute NPI customer-focused programs from kick-off to release to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules and present project-critical updates to Skyworks Management regarding status, issues, and actions.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional development teams, incorporating and coordinating people from multiple Engineering and operational teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions, coordinating schedules, managing risk, monitoring budgets, and assigning tasks.
  • Analyze overall projects to identify potential roadblocks and strategize to align with business goals, deadlines, and resource coordination.
  • Support material procurement and prototyping of samples, resolving technical issues to ensure product compliance and robustness against specs.
  • Drive critical path schedule tasks and risk mitigation plans, supporting customer interaction alongside Product Line Management, Marketing, Customer Quality, etc.

Requirements:

  • BSEE, MSEE, MBA, or other related technical education BS in a technical discipline preferred with 6 to 8 years of experience in project management or product engineering in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project S/W (Scheduling Skills) and MS PowerPoint (Presentation Skills).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Planview PPM Pro or Oracle's Agile PLM software is a plus.
