Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Quality Engineering Automation Developer

Location: Waterloo, ON

Internship Duration: 4 months starting September 2024

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our quality engineering team as an intern. As a quality assurance engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report performance, stability, and usability issues in our software products
  • Develop and execute automated test streams using Selenium, Python, and SQL
  • Manually test web-based software and write test plans
  • Collaborate with software developers to reproduce and resolve defects
  • Improve our automated testing infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Python and programming languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality products
