Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at AR Home Renovation and Construction Inc. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and maintain heavy equipment and tools.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
  • Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Help with tasks such as framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located outdoors, and you will be required to work in various weather conditions. You will be exposed to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with construction work.
