The Store Manager collaborates with the District Supervisor to oversee all aspects of store operations, as well as to devise and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales and profitability.

The Store Manager is accountable for merchandising, customer service, and the training & development of their team.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures is essential, as is serving as a role model who exemplifies professionalism and integrity while fostering a culture of trust and respect within the team.

The Store Manager monitors performance and takes prompt action to address any substandard results. They work closely with the District Supervisor to create and execute strategies that meet the store's sales and profit objectives.

Responsibilities include training the store team (both current employees and new hires) on company standards and programs in line with the employee manual.

Taking action, with the support of the District Supervisor, on performance issues and conflict resolution.
Recruiting and retraining talent by inspiring their team and acknowledging excellent performance.
Performing administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Preparing and managing the weekly employee schedule.
Addressing customer complaints and resolving them promptly.
Complying with all head office requests regarding store operations.
Processing and managing all incoming merchandising shipments.
Handling all returns to head office as required.
Adhering to policies and regulations as outlined in the company's employee manual.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Strong business acumen is essential.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills are crucial.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment is important.
Physical ability to move, lift, and manage boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store (up to 30 pounds).
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
Casual dress code.
