Job Title: Welder-Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Welder-Assembler to join our team at AAA Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and assembly of steel parts for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Weld steel parts using various processes, including GMAW and FCAW.
  • Inspect produced parts for quality and conformity.
  • Master welding techniques on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Classify parts required for the job.
  • Interpret and execute welds according to drawings.
  • Understand welding parameters and their effects.

Requirements:

  • DEP in welding or welding-fitting.
  • Experience in training and integrating new employees.
  • Experience in assembly (an asset).
  • Valid forklift operator's card (an asset).
  • Oral and written bilingualism (French-English) is an asset for communication in a multilingual environment.
