Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage our farm activities at SAHIBAS BLUEBERRY FARM LTD.. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient farm operations and maintaining high standards of crop production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and production documentation.
  • Agricultural Services: Provide essential services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality assurance and production records.
  • Crop Management: Oversee growing operations and other crop-related tasks.
  • Work Documentation: Keep detailed work records and logs.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment.
  • General Duties: Perform a variety of general farm responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
