As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention and loyalty
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles and risk management strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to grow our business and improve our services

Requirements:

  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience
