Job Overview:
The Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in steering the marketing strategies for our organization. This leadership position involves the allocation of resources, both human and financial, to effectively implement organizational policies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to execute the organization's policies and programs.
- Set clear objectives for the organization and either formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to fulfill this role.
- Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MAC systems.
Work Environment:
This position requires work to be completed at the physical location with no remote work options available.
