A Day in the Role of a Culinary Support Specialist:

You will demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, taking pride in surpassing dining expectations by contributing to a culinary experience characterized by quality, consistency, and creativity. Under the guidance of the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting with daily meal preparation based on established menus, ensuring that food quality and presentation adhere to high dining standards, and facilitating the efficient operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

You must possess:

  • Valid Food Handling Certificate

Preferred Skills:

  • Two to three years of progressive experience in diverse dining settings
  • Prior experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Formal culinary training
  • Eligibility or current enrollment in a culinary apprenticeship program
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
