Your Opportunity:
Description:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced equipment such as gamma cameras and computers. Your role will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results for patients undergoing nuclear medicine procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of a diploma from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Must have ACMDTT Enhanced Practice or CTIC; PET/CT experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Connect Care training is an asset. Strong organizational, technical, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are essential for this role. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment is required. Demonstrates initiative, good judgment, positive attitude, and concern for detail and accuracy. Ability to use tact, courtesy, and professionalism when interacting with patients, staff, and physicians.
