Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring optimal performance of building systems and equipment.
- Assist in the installation and implementation of new hardware and software systems, providing support and training to users.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked maintenance room, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements.
- Document all work procedures and service progress meticulously for future reference and reporting.
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A genuine passion for providing quality care in a senior living environment.
- Certification as a 4th Class Power Engineer or equivalent is an asset.
- Minimum of one year of experience in mechanical or electrical trades is preferred.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic devices and computer software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in Chinese is an asset.
