About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Team Lead to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing landscape maintenance work at high levels of quality and service. You will exemplify our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape "Extras" such as hand garden weeding, planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning, garden bed creation and planting, sod installations
  • Operate a variety of mechanical and hand equipment including bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, pruners, line trimmers, chain saws, compact loaders and tillers
  • Perform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application, lawn seeding, sod installation
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refer clients to the Team Leader as appropriate
  • Job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (or current student status)
  • 5 years experience in field or related
  • Valid G Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
  • Background check
  • Own reliable transportation to shop
  • Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with this position
