At Hermont Tire Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to succeed.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our inventory to ensure we have the right products in stock.
- Establish work schedules and ensure our sales team is working efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure they are working together effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews to help our sales team members improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
