Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of Lafarge's diverse workforce
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for program improvements
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure benefits programs align with company goals
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to employees on benefits programs

Requirements:
