About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Heart to Heart Home Care Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as required
  • Document client progress and report any concerns or issues to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
