About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aftercare Technician to join our team at True Mechanical. As a key member of our aftercare team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced plumbers and broaden your understanding of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and diagnose plumbing issues in commercial, institutional, and residential buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems, providing mechanical recommendations for equipment service intervals
  • Train and mentor apprentices and young journeypersons
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, developers, and general contractors
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of plumbing experience
  • Red Seal Certification, Plumbing (Class B Gas ticket is a plus)
  • Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in material take-off and material procurement
